Matthew is an industry speaker, published author, educator, named co-inventor on issued patents and patent filings, and strategic adviser to CEOs, boards, founders, and investors.

Matthew March is a financial-services technology executive, board director, Fractional CISO, and strategic adviser with more than 25 years of experience leading transformation across banking, fintech, mortgage, payments, cybersecurity, data, and operations. He serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of West Coast Community Bank, where he leads technology, innovation, data management, governance, and regulatory readiness. Matthew serves on the Board of Directors of Revio Insight and as Fractional CISO, and he is a member of Forbes Technology Council. Across CIO and CTO roles, he has helped organizations generate deposits and revenue, integrate acquisitions, modernize infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity and resilience, create digital platforms, and produce recurring savings. He is a published author, industry speaker, former volunteer adjunct professor, named co-inventor on issued patents and patent filings, and an advocate for treating technology not as an end in itself, but as a means of making better business outcomes possible.
